We partnered with The Craft & Co in Collingwood to celebrate the truffle and its artisan food and drink partners in a full day of truffle discovery and exploration. Attendees learnt how to make truffled cheese with Gerard Callanan from the Little Yarra Cheese Company; sausages and salumi with James Mele from The Meat Room; exclusive truffle beer from Temple Brewing Company and truffle vodka from Archie Rose Distilling Co.
The delectable long table truffle lunch that followed was curated by the team at The Craft & Co. and featured some of the day’s produce and other truffle delights, complemented with a generous selection of superb wine, truffle beer and truffled cocktails.
