After a sell-out weekend at the Truffle Melbourne Festival at Queen Victoria Market, the Truffle Truck headed to sunny Brisbane for the Good Food & Wine Show from Friday 25 to Sunday 27 October to showcase all that's fab about truffles. Punters devoured our deletable and delicious Spring menu - proving that any time of the year is truffle time!

The menu showcases our delicious Truffle Paddock products, and unlike most imported truffle products, all of our dishes include French black winter truffle (Tuber melanosporum) and each is paired with high quality ingredients.

Breakfast for truffle hounds: Sous vide egg with Truffle Paddock Fancy beans, truffle salt and baguette
Truffle shuffle fries: Beer battered fries with Holy Moly Truffle Aioli and Pecorino
Truffle burger: Black Angus beef patty, Truffle ketchup, cos lettuce and cheddar
Truffle toastie: Gruyere cheese, truffle mustard and Truffle honey on sourdough bread; Option, add leg ham
Truffled Duck baguette: Confit duck, Truffle butter and rocket in a baguette
Truffle salad: Black truffle Ponzu Soba noodle salad with edamame beans, cucumber, chili, fresh coriander and toasted peanuts.
