A family company, based in Italy, their skincare range and story began in 1952, when Giuseppina Balestra introduced her proprietary blend of botanical oils and skincare preparations, featuring the luxurious Black Winter Truffle, based on traditional Italian recipes.
During Hollywood’s glamorous “Dolce Vita” years, acclaimed film stars and locals alike would flock to her store “La Galleria” in Rome, to experience Giuseppina’s high-end formulations, luxurious textures, enticing fragrances and the miraculous results of using her products.
Sixty years later, Giuseppina’s beloved concoctions were revived and brought into the modern era.
