You can stock up on fresh Victorian truffles from our own farm, Truffle Paddock and from Manjimup, WA. Our Pop-Up also has the best selection of Australian and European truffle products to make your culinary creations sing - including our own range of Truffle Paddock products.
We have two grades of fresh truffles - whole truffles at $2.50/gram, and truffle pieces (perfect for when you're making a risotto or omelette and don't need whole truffles for shaving) for $2/gram. We recommend 5 to 8 grams, per person, per dish.
