After all the Covid and other challenges in 2020 and last year, we're looking forward to a terrific truffle season in 2022.
We'll kick off the 2022 fresh truffle season with a truffle celebration with exquisite truffle dishes from Chefs Guy Grossi (Florentino) and Jesse Gerner (Bomba) on Sunday 5th June. Then, the largest truffle celebration outside of Europe returns to Queen Victoria Market on Saturday 18 and Sunday 19th June - it's an eagerly anticipated date in Melbourne's culinary calendar.
Our truffle hunt program is back for it's eighth year in June and running through to August. Tickets for hunts at our own Truffle Paddock, are already sold out but our friends at Gembrook Truffles and Truffle Treasures still have some available.
It's looking like a bumper year as the colder nights have already arrived and this hints that 2022 is going to be a very productive and exciting season!
