Unlike most imported truffle products which contain cheap summer truffle (look for Tuber Aestivum on the label), we use Australian grown black winter truffle (Tuber Melanosporum) from our truffle farm Truffle Paddock in Gippsland, Victoria. We add value to our truffles by pairing them with quality ingredients produced in the hands of experienced makers, combining the truffle with the finest ingredients from our artisan partners.
