Truffle salad

Soba noodles, very easy and quick to cook. About 100 gram per person

Cucumber, diced

Edamame beans or similar

Red chili, as hot as you can handle, sliced

Fresh coriander, picked coarsely

Peanuts or another crunchy element to your liking - just a small handful, chopped.

And of course, our Black truffle Ponzu sauce, the more the better!


Cook your soba noodles – very easy and quick to cook. Allow to cool slightly

Steam your edamame beans

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and season with truffle salt

Quick, green, truffley and great!
