Ingredients

A juicy rotiserrie chicken

Celery for dicing

Your favourite side salad ingredients and some fresh herbs

Fresh crusty bread

Method

Pull all the meat off the chicken

In a bowl, add diced celery and your favourite fresh herbs

Fold in a generous amount of truffle aioli and mix well, then place in the fridge for 1 hour

Serve with your favourite side salad and some crusty bread
