Perhaps you've tried fresh black winter truffles - now here's something different - locally grown white truffles. They're not as famous as their Italian white Alba truffles relatives, but our Victorian grown Bianchetto truffles (small white truffle) have a completely different flavour and note when compared with French blacks. Bianchetto truffles have a sharp cheesey/garlicky aroma and they're perfect partners for egg, pasta and rice dishes. Try something new this winter!

We ship national online orders via Australia Post Express service on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Your order needs to be received by 7 am EST on those days to be certain of shipment that day.

Fresh Truffles

Truffles are an accessible seasonal luxury and the perfect flavour enhancer for their food and drink companions. Right through summer we're importing fresh truffles from Europe to satisfy your truffle desires. You can order online or see us at the Truffle Truck at Queen Victoria Market to get your truffle fix this summer. We ship nationally by Express Post on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. As fresh truffles need to be shipped chilled, we need to receive your order by 7 am Melbourne time the day before shipping. Orders received after 7 am on Wednesdays will be dispatched the following Monday. Express Post usually delivers the next day in most areas of Australia. We do not ship overseas.
