The 2017 fresh truffle season has ended unfortunately.
In season, fresh WA and Victorian truffle is available between early June and late August. Depending on what you’re preparing, we recommend 3-8 grams per person per course. A great idea is to store your truffles at home with fresh eggs. Your eggs will be infused with the truffle aroma resulting in “free” truffled scrambled eggs after 24+ hours infusion. Now that the fresh truffle season is over, we recommend using our preserved truffle range or truffled sauces - you'll find those here in the online store.
