A Truffle Masterclass in the Georgie Bass Café & Cookery will share some truffle secrets and introduce you to working with the “black diamond” in your kitchen. Then thrill in a private truffle hunt at Red Hill Truffles with Jenny and her canine partner Thomas, uncovering the intoxicating perfume of fresh truffle in the earth.  

Your Saturday culminates in an extravagant truffle dinner in Peninsula at Flinders Hotel prepared by chefs trained in the cuisines of three of the world’s top truffle growing regions – France, Italy and Australia. Enjoy a superb five-course degustation menu complemented with local matched wines, and amusing anecdotes and prizes (also available separately for $180 per person).

Your weekend includes luxurious Saturday night accommodation in a Bauer Room at Quarters, Flinders Hotel, before waking to a breakfast of truffled eggs at Georgie Bass. Availability is limited. Exceptional value at $495 per person twin share (single supplement also available).
