To celebrate the launch of the much-anticipated truffle season, Stokehouse is hosting the Truffle Melbourne 2018 Season Opening Dinner. 

The headline event of the Truffle Melbourne festival calendar, the dinner will explore this legendary ingredient in a carefully curated menu matched with premium wines. 

Overlooking the water in the world class setting of Stokehouse, you’ll be treated to a four-course menu plus canapes in STOKEBAR, with all dishes featuring subtle and creative truffle elements. 

Learn about these famous fungi in an interactive evening with truffle farmers, food producers and prize giveaways.
